“I want to thank your company again for your above and beyond customer service.

After being told by another tailor (different company) that if I brought my suit pants in by 1pm Wednesday that they would be done by Thursday at 10am for a very important meeting on Thursday at 1pm. When I arrived at 1pm they told me it wouldn’t be ready until Friday after 5:30pm.  I called my wife who works for LVMPD. She called your office and I was directed to your plant on Ali Baba. When I arrived 20 minutes later, I was met by your tailor and was informed that I could pick up my pants the same day at 5:30. I said, “No worries, I will pick them up at 9:30 tomorrow morning.” Your customer service is outstanding, from Lisa at the front reception office to the three people that helped me at the back counter and the seamstress! My wife and I have already put together the clothes that need to be dry cleaned to be dropped off at your location tomorrow. Our nearest dry cleaner is one mile from our house and your probably 10 miles, but it’s worth it.

“I have been a regular customer of this Al Phillips since 2004, and on average I make four of five visits a month for dry cleaning purposes. Although the location is convenient for my needs, I utilize this particular cleaner because of the friendly nature and professionalism of the staff. They are prompt to receive drop offs and always have my clothing ready when I come in. I’m always greeted with a “Good Morning or Good Afternoon” when I enter. The entire staff displays the same customer friendly attitude, especially the manager.
