I have been a regular customer of this Al Phillips since 2004, and on average I make four of five visits a month for dry cleaning purposes. Although the location is convenient for my needs, I utilize this particular cleaner because of the friendly nature and professionalism of the staff. They are prompt to receive drop offs and always have my clothing ready when I come in. I’m always greeted with a “Good Morning or Good Afternoon” when I enter. The entire staff displays the same customer friendly attitude, especially the manager. She in particular goes the extra mile to ensure customers receive the type of service that keeps them coming back. Excellent customer service…….keep up the good work.
