I have been a 20 year customer of the Al Phillips location at the Lakes on West Sahara. In fact, my office used to be located next door in the early 1990’s. The past couple of years I have remarked several times to several people how very nice the employees are that work there. I have especially enjoyed Thelma’s effervescent smile and Pat’s professional and personal way of handling any snafus that might occur with my dry cleaning. ican tell that they truly care about me as a customer. As a business owner myself, I know how much I appreciate finding out when my staff has exeeded customer expectations.
